This project includes large-scale road maintenance, crack treatment, surface rehabilitation, and safety improvements across the Eastern Sector of Riyadh. Scope includes milling, asphalt overlay, pothole repair, crack sealing, reflective markings, road furniture, and traffic management works. The project aims to improve road quality, ensure traffic safety, and extend pavement service life across urban and suburban road networks.
